SERVICES
• Conduct full cycle recruitment for brand expansion; sourcing, talent pool building, interviewing, offers & negotiation, and onboarding for all departments (including Executive-level Leadership, Corporate, Tech, Creative, Emerging Talent, Financial, IT, Marketing, Events, Entertainment, Broadcasting, and more).
• Review and update company-wide hiring pipelines and how they are reflected internally through your Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and beyond, including setting new standards for interview rounds, company-wide best practices, sourcing strategies, and offer letter evaluation.
• Review and update ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter/Enterprise and Payroll software configuration and implementation integrations, as well as overseeing the transference of data between internal IT, HR, & Pipeline Departments and your software providers.
• Review employee satisfaction with a focus on retention, and highlight opportunities for cultural engagement, partnerships, mentorships, assessments, learning and development training, personal career growth, etc.
• Evaluate and modify the global employee assessment review benchmarks.
• Review and modify global compensation scaling and managerial ladders.
• Review and modify the “Candidate Experience” and create new ways to engage with prospective talent.
• Develop and train Hiring Managers and Recruitment staff on "Gold Standard" interviewing practices, while focusing on your brand’s unique identity, voice, and culture, best interview questions, non-bias training, legal compliance, and demo assessments.
• Review and modify company-wide org charts.
• Redesign job descriptions, job postings, outgoing ATS messages, interview invites, and career pages, as well as temp/full time contract templates with personalized company branding, unified around the brand’s unique voice, identity, and mission.
• Digital Marketing: Develop paid social ads, employee engagement campaigns, content building, archival management, and growth analytics, as well as, produce current employee interviews, and generate brand reels.
• Events Marketing: Design and produce small to large networking events, conventions, trade shows, experiential events, campus career fairs, virtual events, portfolio reviews, and more. Duties will include, daily Recruitment team interview scheduling, construction crew and brand ambassador management, 2D/3D conceptual design, venue coordination, and event day hosting.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Any department overhaul will require a minimum contract of 2 months (depending on the needs of the team).
